Welcome to BMS Premier Cleaners. By accessing our website and engaging our professional cleaning services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before booking our services.

1. Services Provided

BMS Premier Cleaners provides residential and commercial cleaning services, including carpet and area rug cleaning, across the Northwest. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Pricing and Payment

  • Quotes: All estimates are based on the information provided by the client. We reserve the right to adjust the final price if the actual condition of the property or the size of the area differs significantly from the initial description.
  • Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless prior credit arrangements have been made for commercial accounts. We accept major credit cards, checks, and electronic payments.

3. Satisfaction Guarantee and 48-Hour Policy

Our work is backed by a commitment to excellence.

  • Inspection: We perform a 36-point inspection on every job. We encourage clients to walk through the property upon completion.
  • Remedy: If you are unsatisfied with any area we have cleaned, please contact us within 24 hours. We will return to address and repair the specific area of concern free of charge within 48 hours of the notification. No refunds will be issued once the 48-hour remedy window has passed or if the client prevents us from re-entering the property to fix the issue.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We value our technicians’ time and our clients’ schedules.

  • Notice: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Fees: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service estimate.

5. Access to Property

The client is responsible for providing access to the property at the scheduled time. This includes providing keys, alarm codes, or ensuring someone is present to let our team in. If our team is locked out, a “lock-out fee” may apply.

6. Safety and Liability

  • Technician Safety: Our technicians are trained and certified. We reserve the right to remove our staff from any environment deemed unsafe or unsanitary (e.g., biohazards, mold, or aggressive pets).
  • Damage: While we take extreme care, BMS Premier Cleaners is not liable for damage caused by normal wear and tear, improperly installed flooring, or fragile items that were not secured. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
  • Chemicals: We use eco-friendly solutions; however, clients with specific allergies or sensitivities should notify us prior to the start of the service.

7. Carpet and Rug Specifics

While we utilize 40 years of experience to treat stubborn stains, we cannot guarantee 100% removal of all spots (such as permanent dyes or chemical burns). Drying times are estimates and may vary based on environmental conditions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the States of Montana and Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the service was performed.
